Alta has more than 20 years experience in Human Resource Management in the Agricultural industry, Private Sector, Mining industry as well as the Public sector.

Her extensive experience is supported by Honours Degrees in Labour Relations as well as Industrial Psychology. She holds registrations with the Health Professions Council of South Africa(HPCSA)in Psychometrics; Assessor, Moderator and Skills Development Facilitator at various SETAS and Program developer of a variety of Leadership Development courses. She is also registered at the AHI Employers Organisation which allows her to represent Employers at CCMA arbitrations.

About Kobus

Kobus has more than 35 years’ experience in Human Resource Management predominately in the mining industry.

After completing his compulsory 2-year military service in the infantry corps he enrolled at University of Free State and successfully acquired his B. Comm degree with main subjects Economics, Industrial Economics and Industrial Psychology.

During his employment at Anglo American Co-operation Vaal Reefs gold mine he acquired his Honors’ degree in Industrial Psychology at the North West University in Potchefstroom as well as an Advanced Certificate in Industrial Law at University of Johannesburg.
In 1997 Kobus joined Cape Lime as Human Resource Manager, responsible for the Vredendal and Robertson operations. This position he occupied for more than 27 years until his retirement in 2025. In Cape Lime, as a relatively small company Kobus had the opportunity to broaden his scope, knowledge and experience in various disciplines including, Operational Management, Mining and Quarrying, and Production and Logistical Management, Sustainability and Product Quality Management. Above resulted in Kobus being a well-rounded Human Resource Generalist with vast Industrial Relations and Operational experience.
